Musical Trees is a OpenFrameworks application which draws a class of treelike fractals called L-Systems. Further to drawing custom trees the application generates scores of music where the notes are derived from the length and angle of tree branches. This results in a synaesthesic experience relating visual fractal structures to music. The application code is available here.
